Care (ANC) programs, which are mandatory for pregnant women. Antenatal Care (ANC) is a planned program that includes observation, education, and medical treatment for pregnant women, ensuring a safe and satisfactory pregnancy and delivery process. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the role of the family, on Integrated Antenatal Care in, in 2024. This study used a descriptive analytical design with a cross-sectional approach and a quantitative method. The sample consisted of 55 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and observation sheet, then processed and analyzed descriptively and analytically (chi-square). The results show that more than half of the respondents (31 or 56.4%) did not make complete ANC visits, more than half (38 or 69.1%) rated the facilities and infrastructure as complete, and more than half (31 or 56.4%) rated family support as poor. The relationship analysis also revealed a significant influence of facilities and infrastructure (p = 0.044) and family support (p = 0.001) on Antenatal Care. This study concludes that facilities, infrastructure, and family support significantly influence Integrated Antenatal Care in Poskesdes Puser, Kecamatan Tirtayasa, in 2024.Downloads
